Additionally, her former entrepreneurial ventures have exemplified her unwavering passion for innovation, as she co-founded startups specializing in logistics and field service management products.

Throughout her career, Ashwini has successfully overseen diverse teams, spanning core technology to sales and marketing, both within startups and Fortune 100 companies.

With a natural inclination for leadership, she now collaborates closely with the company’s engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams. Her primary objectives include setting strategic direction, delivering exceptional insurance solutions, and spearheading TrueCoverage’s growth.

President and Chief Innovation Office

Manal Mehta

As President and Chief Innovation Office and is responsible for the company’s overall strategy, operational excellence, and growth.

Manal has over 25 years of operational and P&L leadership experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and IT industries and brings a passion for innovation and value-creation for customers. Manal was most recently with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), a leading global pharmaceutical and consumer products company, where he served as the Strategy and Operating Officer for the worldwide Oncology business.

Manal served in the Office of the CEO and Corporate Strategy at GSK, where he spearheaded the delivery of strategic planning, growth, and productivity initiatives. He has extensive experience in business development and M&A and has led global product development and operations teams. Before GSK, Manal held leadership roles at Covance Inc. and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC).

Manal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Pune University, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Lehigh University, and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business.

Chief Product Officer of TrueCoverage

Kalpit Dantara

Kalpit Dantara has a core engineering background with over 18 years of experience at JP Morgan, where he led the Treasury and CIO technology group as a Managing Director.

Over the years, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in delivering strategic products and platforms. Kalpit’s strategic planning and project management expertise played a pivotal role in successfully leading global teams and delivering cutting-edge and innovative solutions.

Head of Sales Support and Organic Marketing Operations

Chandra Vempati

Chandra is responsible for driving the company’s global delivery operations, including the execution, implementation, and delivery of software solutions to customers, and is tasked with defining and executing Speridian’s long-term strategy. He leads Speridian’s Center of Excellence and Knowledge Management initiatives. He also oversees transformation initiatives and is responsible for the global delivery Organization across all industry segments and technologies. Chandra is also responsible for getting CMMi Level 5 for the organization.

With 20+ years of experience in the technology arena, Chandra possesses a wide range of expertise including application development, integration, and deployment of packaged applications. He has successfully handled large and complex transformation programs that involved heterogeneous technologies and geographically and culturally diverse teams, with different customer-centric processes.

Chandra is credited with delivering the first HIPAA adapter for a leading Enterprise Middleware product and has received great accolades for his innovative solution. As an active member of the Project Management Institute, he is very involved in training future managers.

Scott Shedeck

As a Vendor and Partner Manager with more than 15 years of success in driving revenue by employing expertise in sales, business development, and relationship management. Scott is a driven sales master known for supporting the development and expansion of organizations by deftly translating strategy into actionable initiatives.

An expert communicator known for utilizing effective negotiation and interpersonal skills to close large deals and enhance TrueCoverage’s bottom line.

National Director: Individual & Medicare Sales

Matthew Goldfuss

Since joining TrueCoverage in 2016, Matthew has helped grow TrueCoverage from a budding startup to a health insurance technology leader. Over the past 5 years, Matthew has led the overall health sales teams, which has experienced an over 5000% increase in sales from the time he’s joined.

Prior to TrueCoverage, Matthew worked in finances and ran a successful insurance business which later was acquired by TrueCoverage.

Director of the TAPP Program

Kenny Goldfuss

Kenny joined TrueCoverage in 2016, Kenny has helped manage the ACA sales team of 50 agents to reach 3 straight years of 50% year over year growth. 

Kenny has quickly moved up the ranks from being a sales manager to now moving on to the director of our Multilevel Marketing program.  Helping other agents and agencies be able to maximize profits through the highest level appointments with carriers and use of our top-of-the-line broker portal.

Prior to joining TrueCoverage, Kenny worked for major corporations in ADP and AT&T where he rose from being one of the top sales agents to help lead a team to become one of the top-ranking units in their respective organizations.

Linette Maria Alonso

Linette has been in the insurance industry for nearly a decade where she has owned and operated several successful agencies. She manages our team of Medicare and Insurance specialists, and assists in compliance, marketing and the management of our client services team.

Prior to joining TrueCoverage, Linette and her agency were recognized as one of the highest Medicare-producing brokerages in the nation with recognition in Compliance and Customer Service. She is also a member of the  National Association of Health Underwriters as well as a Medicare Supplement Accredited Adviser. With her passion, experience and knowledge in the insurance industry, Linette is a significant and valued member of the TrueCoverage organization.

In her spare time, Linette enjoys fishing, biking and tending to her Koi pond.
