    Liability Advocacy Associate Training Program

    TrueCoverage’s Thrive Program allows top-selected candidates to join our Advocacy Associate Training Program.

    We will offer ideas and knowledge in all insurance business areas, inspiring new thinking in the new economy.

    We will equip you with the skills to successfully navigate this era of uncertainty and transformation.

    Essential training includes industry knowledge, line of business knowledge, enabling technology, transforming the self (storytelling, negotiations, judgment, decision-making, personal effectiveness mindset), and preparation for licensing and industry certifications.

    Mentoring sessions supporting you through the training modules will further enhance your learning journey. You will understand the practices on how to lead with integrity, accountability, and a greater purpose.

    Successful Thrive graduates will be offered a full-time salaried position with benefits and performance bonuses at one of our prime office locations in Florida, Texas, and New Mexico.

    Our Customer Advocacy Associates are primarily responsible for driving sales and proactively providing excellent customer satisfaction. They identify and qualify sales opportunities while upselling existing customers and retaining our clients by providing exceptional customer service.

    Also, they are responsible for addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints.

    Responsibilities may include:

    • Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, upselling to existing customers
    • Proactively providing excellent customer service and support
    • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
    • Resolving customer issues
    • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback
    • Making recommendations for improvements based on customer feedback
    • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and complaints

    This entry-level position requires no prior experience. People eager to learn, have a strong intrinsic motivation, and have a passion for sales and customer service are preferred.

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure are core skills required for this role.

    Liability About the Customer Advocacy Associate Role

    After successfully completing Thrive training program, you will be offered a full-time position at TrueCoverage as a Customer Advocacy Associate in one of our competency centers in Florida, Texas, and New Mexico. Your team leader and mentor will continue to coach you in your career pathways.

    Liability Compensation

    As a TrueCoverage Customer Advocacy Associate, You START as a salaried professional. We believe you deserve a full salary and benefits while we prepare you with the training, licenses, and certifications you need to excel in the insurance industry.

    Your annual salary will vary from $32K to $38K (with health insurance and benefits) based on education. Also, TrueCoverage pays for your Certifications and Licenses.

    Upon completion of your training, we add bonuses!

    And after you’ve been in your role for 6 months, your salary increases by 10%.

    Our goal is your success, and we never cap your income.
